Chuck was born in Illinois and raised in Southern California before he made the move to Northern California.

He entered the financial services business in February of 1983, having just received his stockbroker's license. This followed graduation from Sonoma State in 1981.

In his down time, Chuck enjoys watching movies, especially the slice of life types. He also loves spending time with his family, playing all types of sports, snowboarding, surfing and wakeboarding.
